Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Strac Forms ("Service"), operated by ServiceTrac, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including free and paid plan holders.

2. Description of Service

Strac Forms is a no-code form builder that allows users to create, publish, and collect responses through web forms. Features vary by plan. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate, current information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@stracforms.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use Strac Forms to:

• Collect personal data without proper consent or in violation of applicable privacy laws.
• Send spam, phishing forms, or any form of deceptive content.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or any harmful code.
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
• Harass, abuse, or harm any individual or group.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

5. Plans, Billing, and Payment

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are non-refundable except as described in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

Free trials are available on Growth and Business plans for 7 days. No credit card is required to start a trial. At the end of the trial, access reverts to the free Starter plan unless you upgrade.

6. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all forms and response data you create on Strac Forms. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to host, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property in the Strac Forms platform — including software, design, trademarks, and documentation — is owned by ServiceTrac. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.

8. Uptime and Service Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for losses resulting from downtime or service interruptions beyond our reasonable control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ServiceTrac shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ServiceTrac and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion, giving you time to export.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, India.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after that date constitutes acceptance.
