Refund &
Return Policy
Short version: We offer a 7-day refund window for new paid subscriptions. Annual plan refunds are prorated. We don't offer refunds for partial months or add-ons already consumed. If something went wrong on our end, we'll always make it right.
1. Digital Service — No Physical Returns
Strac Forms is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product. There are no physical goods involved, so traditional return policies do not apply. This policy covers subscription fees and add-on charges only.
2. Free Plan
The Starter plan is free and does not involve any charges. No refund is applicable.
3. Free Trials
Growth and Business plans include a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be billed. No refund is needed as no payment is taken.
4. Monthly Subscriptions
Monthly subscriptions are billed at the start of each billing cycle. If you upgrade, downgrade, or cancel during a billing cycle:
- Upgrades: You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of the current cycle immediately.
- Downgrades: The change takes effect at the start of your next billing cycle. No partial refund is issued for the current cycle.
- Cancellation: Access continues until the end of the paid cycle. No refund is issued for the unused portion of a monthly plan.
5. Annual Subscriptions — 7-Day Refund Window
If you subscribe to an annual plan and are not satisfied, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment. After 7 days, refunds on annual plans are prorated — we will refund the remaining full months unused.

6. Add-Ons (Extra Storage & Team Members)
Charges for additional storage or team member slots are non-refundable once consumed. If you remove an add-on, it will not renew in the next billing cycle, but no refund is issued for the current cycle.
7. Duplicate Charges
If you were charged more than once for the same subscription period due to a billing error, we will issue a full refund for the duplicate charge within 5 business days of verification.
8. Service Outages
If Strac Forms experiences a significant outage (more than 24 cumulative hours in a billing cycle) that impacts your ability to use the service, you may be eligible for a prorated credit. Contact us with details and we will review on a case-by-case basis.
9. How to Request a Refund
Email us at billing@stracforms.com with:
- Your registered email address.
- The date and amount of the charge.
- The reason for your refund request.
We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or payment provider.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice with at least 14 days' advance notice.
